Deleting information can mean we can no longer provide access to an unfinished assessment, support a report query or replace a report.
What may need to be retained
We can normally delete service content such as submitted writing, assessment notes, reports and stored audio when there is no overriding reason to keep it. We may need to retain limited payment, invoice, tax, complaint or legal records for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Recorded Speaking Assessment audio is normally deleted automatically around 90 days after submission. You can still request earlier deletion, subject to the checks above.
